The Golden Girls aren’t just TV royalty anymore — they’re fashion icons again. In celebration of the show’s 40th anniversary, the pop-culture apparel brand Cakeworthy has officially teamed up with “Golden Girls” on a collection that marries 1980s Miami kitsch with modern fan fervor.
Titled Golden Girls × Cakeworthy, the line includes T-shirts, dresses, button-ups, hoodies, jackets, sleepwear, accessories and homeware pieces. The designs feature Dorothy, Rose, Blanche and Sophia in over-the-top retro artwork, complete with throwback color palettes of teals, corals, peachy yellows and mint. Even cheesecake makes an appearance, nodding to the ladies’ favorite dessert. The lookbook went live on their website Monday morning, with their lineup of plush toys in the characters’ likeness selling out nearly instantly.
