FIRST LOOKS/TRAILERS

Sonic Gods Studios has dropped a trailer for its new four-part docuseries, “Just Hands: For The Love Of Racing,” which will premiere on Prime Video on July 31.

“Just Hands” follows Torsten Gross, a quadriplegic race car driver who aims to compete at the highest levels of GT motorsports. Founder of the Just Hands Foundation, Gross sets out to prove that motorsports are one area of athletic competition where all people are equally equipped to succeed.

The docuseries promises a plunge into Gross’ personal story, from becoming wheel-chair bound at fifteen years old after a neck fracture to dedicating himself to the world of motorsports. It also promises intense visuals, with close-up footage of race car events on the track and inside the cars. Ultimately, though, it promises an uplifting and inspirational story about defying the odds and achieving dreams.

Sonic Gods Studios CEO Chris Hayman sums it up by saying, “This isn’t just about racing. It’s about rewriting assumptions about who belongs on a racetrack, and what’s possible when access meets ambition.”
